Ring in the New Year with Mathisen and our exclusive New Year's takeaway menu! Our chefs have prepared the well-composed dishes so you can enjoy a gastronomic experience in the comfort of your own home. We take care of everything; all you have to do is heat and serve the food.

Appetizer
Seafood terrine with scallops, langoustine and halibut, served with pickled fennel, hazelnuts and lobster bisque.

Main course
Young rooster marinated in porcini sauce, potato waffle, baked onion, porcini mushrooms and mushroom sauce.

Dessert
Choux au craquelin with plum compote, vanilla ice cream and salted caramel

Our snacks are ideal for the King's New Year's speech, as a mid-meal snack or late-night snack.

Mathisen's signature waffle with tartar, truffle mayonnaise and watercress, free with the purchase of the New Year's menu before December 1, 2025, but still needs to be added to the cart.
