18:30: New Year's Eve dinner including 4 courses, a matching wine menu, coffee and after-dinner drinks.
00.00: "Happy New Year" with champagne and kransekage (a traditional Danish cake)

Seafood terrine with scallops, langoustine and halibut, served with pickled fennel, hazelnuts and lobster bisque.

Young rooster marinated in porcini sauce, potato waffle, baked onion, porcini mushrooms and mushroom sauce.
