Hotel Randers has a proud tradition of providing the setting for meetings and conferences for companies. We tailor business events that can be held for up to 150 people. The surroundings are bright and with all desirable technical facilities and equipment, where the staff is of course ready to provide practical assistance.

The hotel
Hotel Randers is a historic 4-star hotel from 1856 in a modern setting. The hotel is located in the center of Randers with 84 rooms and 24-hour staff.
In addition to rooms and meeting and conference rooms, the hotel also offers gastronomic dining experiences in Restaurant Mathisen, which composes menus based on seasonal ingredients and prioritizes shopping with local, organic suppliers.
In the evenings, it is possible to visit the hotel's Hornsleth wine & cocktail bar, where guests can meet for a glass, and where it is also possible to arrange wine tastings during or after your meeting.
Cancellation policy
If cancelled 4 weeks before the event, you can cancel your reservation free of charge.
If cancelled 3 weeks before the event, 50% of the total amount will be invoiced.
If cancelled 2 weeks before the event, 75% of the total amount will be invoiced.
If cancelled 1 week before the event, 100% of the total amount will be invoiced.
Parking
It is possible to park outdoors in our monitored gravel parking lot, a 2-minute walk from the hotel, for DKK 95. The parking permit is registered upon arrival at the reception.
If you are an overnight guest, it is possible to park in our monitored garage (maximum height of two meters) for 125 DKK. Here it is also possible to charge your car via MONTA charging stations.
Prices
All prices for meeting packages as well as rooms include VAT and service. For overnight guests, the prices also include breakfast buffet and access to our sauna and fitness area.
