DANISH OPEN SANDWICHES

With Mathisen to go, you can bring our open-faced sandwiches home for lunch!

Selection of open-faced sandwiches:

• Potatoes, tartar sauce, pommes allumette and herbs. 
• Fried haddock, hand-peeled shrimp salad and dill
• Smoked trout from Ådal, scrambled eggs with browned butter, trout roe and spring onions
• Roast beef, tarragon cream, baked and pickled tomatoes and fried onions. 
• Chicken salad on butter-fried bread, bacon, pickled celery and watercress

Mathisen’s open-faced sandwiches can be ordered Monday to Saturday from 12PM to 15PM. 

The kitchen’s preparation time is approximately 1 hour. Select the number of each sandwich you wish to order.
