Wine that matches in Hornsleth

Wine that matches is our informal wine club, where the house sommelier, Morten Sørensen, invites you on a tasteful journey where wine plays the main role!

Every month he presents carefully selected wines, both classic and modern, while the kitchen puts together exciting snacks that highlight the character and nuances of the wine.

At Vin der match, we turn tradition on its head; instead of choosing wine for food, we choose food for wine.

Practical
The tasting consists of five light glasses of wine paired with five light snacks / small dishes.

NB! The tastings will take place in Hornsleth Cocktails & Wine with the exception of August 12th, when the tasting will take place outdoors in the hotel's backyard.
